Miles Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador, is one of two small communities on Sunday Cove Island. The island is reachable by causeway via route 381. Miles Cove has a great view of ‘the bay’ and Pilley’s Island. It is a quiet cozy community.
Fishing was a prominent source of employment in the past for Miles Cove residents and fishing boats can still be seen tied up there today.
Some of the streets aren’t yet paved. It looks like the town’s only convenience store has closed in recent years. But gas is available in nearby Port Anson, and there is one convenience store there as well.
