Sheppardville, Newfoundland and Labrador, is a small and friendly inland community of just three unpaved roads carved out of the forests near Baie Verte junction (Route 410) . The area’s newest official community, it takes the family name of the folks who founded it in the 1960s. Today that spirit of hard work and initiative is very evident around the homes and gardens of the community.
There is one small shop in Sheppardville, built into someone’s home. Gas can be found at Baie Verte junction, just a few minutes drive from Sheppardville on the Trans Canada Highway.
