Coffee Cove, Newfoundland and Labrador, is a tiny secluded settlement between St. Patrick’s and Little Bay, and is basically one road called Coffee Cove Road.
It was 1945 before Coffee Cove was recorded as a community in a census. It had 33 residents at that time. Now with less than a dozen homes, and presumably less than 20 residents, it is small and quaint. If you visit Coffee Cove, you may get a chance to get a few photos of livestock, and certainly a pic of Little Bay Arm and the view of the cove with an active mussel farm. The seaside heritage house, over 100 years old, will make a great addition to your snaps. (The lighthouse you see there is actually a lighthouse-styled cabin.)
The nearest shops/gas are in Springdale, a 20 minute drive away. The nearest church is in St. Patrick’s, a very short drive away. Any children in Coffee Cove would go to Springdale to school.
