July 31, 2018 ~ On a summer day, snowmobiling might not be on your mind. (Of course, maybe you are really longing for cold temps and your lovely sled.)
The Provincial Government does have snowmobiling on its collective mind right now, specifically helmet usage.
Service NL is currently looking for input from Newfoundland & Labrador residents about whether helmets should be mandatory for snowmobile usage.
The NL Statistics Agency will be doing some random telephone surveys over the week or so to get feedback on mandatory helmets for snowmobiling.
If you don’t want to wait and hope you get one of those random calls, you can give feedback by email at [email protected]
You can also send feedback by snail mail to:
100 Prince Phillip Drive
P.O. Box 8700, St. John’s, NL A1B 4J6
We are seeking your input on whether helmets should be mandatory for snowmobile usage. Please share your feedback via email at [email protected] For more info – https://t.co/cCM1TUJcUB pic.twitter.com/BwEtRA9lsC
