Craft & Vendor Fair Planned in King’s Point for April

The trend of craft fairs and trade fairs in Green Bay in the last few years is remarkable. Fairs and temporary markets can now be found now not just in Springdale’s stadium in Fall but in halls, schools, and recreation centres all over.

Fairs are becoming a part of the local economy with some vendors, it seems, making the rounds at fairs from Corner Brook to Grand Falls and all points between.

But of the various fairs throughout the year in Green Bay, few are as big as what is held in the gym of Valmont Academy in King’s Point.

The next fair there will be on Saturday, April 28th. It will run from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Admission is $2. Lunch will be available from 11:00 am.

You’ll find baked goods, crafts and retail items. An new addition is a photo booth, which will surely be popular.

Valmont Academy is located on Main Street in King’s Point, on the right not long after entering the town.
