Brighton Family Fun Day is July 22

Pretty town Brighton is hosting a Come Home Year during August 6th-12th, 2018, and organizers are now already hard at it building excitement and fundraising to support what will be a large week-long event.

On July 22nd, 2017, they will have a Brighton Fun/Family Fun Day!

To kick off the day, there will a breakfast from 9:00 am – 11:00 am. The cost per plate is $7.

Then at around 2:00 pm family fun will start at the ball field. There will be pony rides! (There is a small fee for rides.) There will be live entertainment by Jason Rogers at the field, so bring a lawn chair and take in the music. Family games are planned and there will be food available for purchase: Burgers, hot dogs, sausage dogs, fisherman’s brewis, pie, ice cream, and tea/coffee/pop.

The day will also include a 50/50 ticket draw, and items on tickets.

At 9:30 pm there will be an outdoor adult dance at the ball field. Jason Rogers will be playing. Admission is $15 single, at the gate.

All proceeds from the day’s events are going to ‘Brighton Come Home Year’!
